Luxury Villa

The home is fully inspected and licensed by the State of Florida, so you are assured that the home is of the highest standards possible. The house was built in 2008. It will be a holiday of a lifetime. We have an experienced local caretaker who will ensure that the home is ready for your arrival and will respond to any needs that may arise during your stay. However you must be aware that the home is self catering environment.

Pool Area
The highlight is of course, your own beautiful pool area and large private pool. The large swimming pool ( heated) with extended pool area and a Jacuzzi is fully screened with a spectacular view. The pool has a security fencing for the children which gives you a piece of mind. Luxury pool furnishing with padded 6 chairs and oval dining table, 4 sun beds with tables so you can relax in comfort by the pool side. 

After a long day out in the park either sunbathe on the patio or just sit under the covered patio watching the children swim and play in the pool. In the evening switch on the superb music system to set that perfect atmosphere and mood ( there are 4 speakers around the pool). Sit back and relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the view or just enjoy a fine outdoor dining

Game Room
The game room is a must, for kids of all ages, not just for the childen but for the adults as well. The game room is as well air conditioned with a fan and has a "42 TV w/brackets, Play Station 2, DVD, air hockey and a professional pool table that will supply you with many evenings of pool tournaments with as well various sizes of pool sticks. The gameroom has a sofa,  to relax in or  just to have a beer when watching a football game on the TV. There is something for everyone in this room. In the game room is boxed in, a full size washer and dryer so you can go home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. You will also find there iron and ironing board

Dining Room 
Elegant Dining Room, that can seat upto 10 people, so everyone can be together at dinnertime. The Dining Room has an opening into the kitchen, that makes all servings very easy.

 

Living Room
The living room has a direct access to the pool area and has a "42LCD TV with DVD and a fan in the ceiling.

Kitchen
The kitchen has a nook that seats up to 6 people facing the street. Fully fitted luxury kitchen lots of cupboard space, and counter work surfaces and is fully equipped (large American fridge/ freezer/ icemaker, dishwasher,full size stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender,dishes,glasses,pots/pans utensils, silverware etc) In the kitchen you will find as well plastic glassware and tableware for use around the pool area.

Master Bedrooms
In the 2 master bedrooms are suite bathrooms,walk in closet, walk in showers and twin washbasins and hairdryers.  They both have king size beds.

Bedroom #3
Bedroom #3 has a Queen size bed, 19? TV w/build in DVD, bathroom with bathtub, shower and hairdryer.

Bedroom #4 & 5
Bedroom 4 and 5 are located upstairs and have two twin beds with 19? TV w/build in DVD, bathroom with bathtub, shower and hairdryers.

During the cold season we recomment taking the poolheat which is $ 34 pr. day.

Cleaning fee is $ 115 for 5 nights and under 5 nights after 5 nights the cleaning fee is included
